Infrastructure:

- Condition of infrastructure: finished and ready for rent

- Workshop: still not available however, we will start contruction within 04 months right after receiving the order from customer. Capacity: meet the demand of customer. No limittation.

- Power supply: ready and it will be connected to the fence of the border of each land lot

- Water supply: ready and it will be connected to the fence of the border of each land lot

- Telecommunication: ready and it will be connected to the fence of the border of each land lot

- Internal traffic: 100% are done

- Fire prevention: the Tenant shall install and maintain an effective fire alarm system and fire fighting system for each building in the Plot. Any building within the Plot shall be equipped with a properly designed lightning arrester

- Enviroment and verdure: all tenants should meet the requirements of the Goverment on enviromental controls such as: waste water pollution, solid watses, noise pollution, air pollution, etc.

Hai Duong is the central province of Northern Delta, in the pivotal economic triangle in the Northern provinces, bordering Hai Phong city in the east, Hung Yen province in the west and Thai Binh province in the South and bordering 03 provinces in the North: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Quang Ninh. Populations of Cam Giang District: 124,007 inhabitants, and of Hai Duong: nearly 2.2 miilions, 70% of populations is under 35 years old providing with a plentiful labor forces for enterprises. 14,500 people joint the labor forces every year

Hai Duong was one among six leading province and cities across the country satisfied standard of compulsory secondary education. Graduated rate of the grades exceeded 90%. At present, the province is home to 2 colleges, 13 regular education centers, 03 high schools and 01 vocational school (of the Province), 01 college and 04 high schools of the Central such as: Hai Duong Medical Secondary school, the Technical Economic college, the Province Pedagogic College, the secondary school of Agriculture, the teacher training college, Hotel and Tourism technical college, medical technical College No.1, etc

Contruction information:

- Construction density: 65% (13 m - 15 m height)

- Average storey: 1-2 floors for the workshop; 1-4 floors for the Offices

- Building line (setbacks): main construction works such as workshops, office and canteen,etc. (Except for such sub-works as motorcycle shed, power sub-station) shall be built at least 6 m from the building lines of the internal roads (rent plot's boundary) and at least 3.5 m from the neighboring plot's boundary

Now, total area for lease at Tan Truong IZ is full (100% industrial land). Some big investors as: Toyo Denso - Japan; Okamoto - Japan; Chyun jaan - Taiwan; Ever Glory -Hong Kong; etc.
