Hanoi ICT Tower

The project is located at Lot 3 - E9 New Urban Cau Giay, opposite to National Reference Center on Pham Hung street, a well-planned street in Vietnam. Design

As designed, Hanoi ICT Tower includes 45 floors and 4 basements. The area is 10.836 sq.m altogether, including 7 floors for commercial center specializing in introducting and distributing high-tech products such as electronic, IT, telecommunication, as well as financial products such as stock, real estate, banks.

Office block and apartment block is the total area of 65.016 sq.m. In which:

- 32.508 m2 area for high-class offices in fields like IT, stock, finance, banks. Apart from that, the project also offers long-term leasing packets with the area 100m2, 200m2, 200m2, 500m2 and 1.500 m2 in 50 years.
  
- 32.508 m2 area for luxury apartments for rent with full amenities, in which the areas can be 35m2, 45m2, 55m2 to 120m2. In addition, penthouse is one of the most attractive offerings for successful businessmen and experts working in the tower.
