PVI Tower leases half its space

HA NOI (Homeid) – PVI Tower has already leased more than a half of its office areas although it is not officially open for renting, according to PVI Holding, the project's owner.

The corporation said it has attracted several big companies to move their offices into the tower, such as Japanese Obayashi Corporation, South Korean Samsung Electrics Viet Nam and Canadian Sunlife Insurance Company.

PVI Tower is a Grade A office building comprised of 25 stories and two basements. The building is the headquarters of PVI Holdings and member companies, which includes offices, multi-function meeting rooms, an international standard conference hall with a capacity of 700 people, a gym, spa, restaurant and other services.

The main facade of the building is on Tran Thai Tong road in the Yen Hoa new Urban area in Cau Giay district.

The district is earmarked to become the equivalent of Wall Street in the future. It is located close to many advanced projects such as Keangnam Landmark Tower, The Garden, Indochina Plaza Ha Noi, Grand Plaza, National Conference Center, Ha Noi Museum, BigC Super Center and many others.

Statistics show that Ha Noi has 146 office buildings with a total area of more than 2 million sq.m for rent, twice that available over the past 10 years.

The number of people working in high-rise buildings also rose three times in the period.

Requirements for healthy and comfortable office buildings with gymnasiums and other health facilities have become more important. Studies show that working in modern offices can lead to heart disease, flu, digestive disorders and high blood pressure.— VNS
