Archibus wants better development for Viet Nam real estate and infrastructure
HA NOI (Homeid) – "Viet Nam is still 8-10 years behind the rest of the world in terms of real estate, infrastructure and facilities management," Bruce Kenneth Forbes said in Ha Noi on Monday.

Bruce is the founder, president, CEO and Chairman of management solutions firm Archibus Inc, which opened its first Ha Noi branch in June.
Considered the world's leading authority on infrastructure and facilities management, is currently on a five day working visit to Viet Nam's capital.
He said Vietnamese GDP impressive, but real estate, infrastructure, and facilities management could be greatly improved. Bruce acknowledged that Viet Nam had faced difficulties over the past two years, but said now "is the time to restructure and develop the market to be stronger, with better technology."
Organising any sized company across sectors such as finance, education, healthcare, government and manufacturing, Archibus planned to spread their work in Viet Nam into the fields of banking, real estate, healthcare and education in the first 18 months.

According to Archibus Vietnam, during his visit to Ha Noi from September 14-18, Bruce will have talks with Government officials, universities and leading real estate businesses leaders.— VNS
