-  In case of using the leased area beyond working hours, the Tenants have to place reservation with the Management Board.

Parking area:

Two 1.800m2-width parking basements,  plus parking areas surrounding the building.

-  50 USD/ car/ month (VAT excluded)

-  5 USD / motorbike/ month (VAT excluded)

Leasing Period:

Negotiable, from 3 to 45  year contract.

Payment:

1. Long-term contract: one time payment

- Deposit 80% of the rent within 10 days after signing the contract, the remaining 20% will be paid to the lessor within 15 days after the signing of the “Minute of handover”.

2. Short-term contract: Periodical or annual payment

- 3 month deposite.

- One time payment anually.

General services: (Fee: 2.0 USD/ sqm/ month (VAT excluded ))
 

- Cleaning service for common area.

- Digital camera CCTV 24/24 hours

- Elevator, emergency stair, fire and rescue sevices, water …

- Electricity for common area.

- Maintenance and repair equipments and elevator, machine of the building

Other charges:

(Lessee will be paid from time to time by the specific contract).
