Water supply and Drainage system
Water Supply
Water for the tower supplied from the city water pipe network, stored in underground containers and irrigated to the top of the building by high pressure water pump system. Water from the top floor delivered to the buildings by the pipeline and safety valve system.
Drainage system
Drainage and sewage systems are separately designed. Waste water is collected by the standing siphon system, led out of the buildings. Waste from rest-rooms are gathered into standing siphon system, led to self-abortive tanks.
Fire fighting and prevention system
Fire fighting system of the tower is designed in combination between wall fire fighting system and Splinker automatically fire fighting system, including: fire fighting pumps, pipelines network, safety valve system, fire hydrant hose reels, fire-extinguisher stickled on the wall of each floor, portable fire-extinguishers, tanks system for fire fighting….
Air conditional system and ventilation system
- Building employs semi centre controlled and independent air con system in respond cooling demand each floor.
- Ventilation system includes: central intake control system in the technical boxes is carried out by absorption fans in the top floor, alternately used with wall fans system, calculation based on the multiple rate of air exchange, suitable for amenity standards.
Project structure
- Foundation of the tower is technically constructed by concreted rod steel healing together the stakes was driven deeply in to soil-stone layer. Standing still the pressure of the tower.
- The body of the buildings is designed reinforcement concreted rod steel structure, including solid partitions, columns, paddles and concreted rod steel floor.
