- Workshop: still not available however, we will start contruction within 04 months right after receiving the order from customer. Capacity: meet the demand of customer. No limittation.

- Labor force/source - the total population of province: Ha Noi is about 6.0 million inhabitants in wich 70% of populations is under 35 years old - providing with a plentiful labor forces for Enterprises inside the IZ.

- Number of Universities and colleges and vocationan: Ha Noi - the greatest training center in the North of Vietnam- has a system of prestigious Universitys and Colleges which annually supply enterprises with thousands of professional management and technical officials. Thanks to reasonable distance from Ha Noi to the industrial zone which facilitates labor to commune every day, this plentiful and high-quality labor force will well satisfy the demand of enterprises in the industrial zone.

Multiple system of Universities, colleges, technical schools and vocational training centers which trained skilled technical wokers holding 3/7 degree, major in mechanics, electricity, machine operation and construction, etc.

OTHER INFORMATION:

- Custom: 15 km far from Ha Noi Dai Tu IZ. Custom Administrative procedures will be held inside the IZ

- Construction density: 60% (13 m - 15 m height)

- Average storey: 1-2 floors for the workshop; 1-4 floors for the Offices

- Building line (setbacks): main construction works such as workshops, office and canteen,etc. (Except for such sub-works as motorcycle shed, power cub-station) shall be built at least 6 m from the building lines of the internal roads (rent plot's boundary) and at least 3.5 m from the neighboring plot's boundary
