In November 2012 NShape Fitness opened NShape Fitness & Spa at 14-16 Ham Long. NShape Fitness & Spa presents a 5 star fitness club in the heart of Ha Noi with 5 minutes walking from Hoan Kiem Lake and 10 minutes driving from West Lake area.
NShape Fitness & Spa offers customers personal trainers, sauna and steam bath, gym towels and bath towels, lockers, juice bar…There are various choices of classes such as Yoga, Latin Pop,Belly dance, new classes launched in June and July such as BodyCombat, BodyJam and Zumba… A spa is now already available in 4th floor at NShape Fitness & Spa 14-16 Ham Long.
