EUROWINDOW MULTI COMPLEX

Eurowindow MultiComplex is a multi-purpose building comprised of shopping malls, offices for rent, high-class apartments developed by Construction and High Technology Development Investment Joint Stock Company (Decotech), whose major stakeholder is Eurowindow Holding. The project consists of 25 stories, 3 underground floors and 2 technical ones on a total area of 3962 square meters on No. 22, Tran Duy Hung Street, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi. The total floor area of the building is 60,804 square meters and the basement 10,674 square meters. Eurowindow MultiComplex began to be constructed in April, 2010 and is scheduled to complete by the end of 2012.

Eurowindow MultiComplex is expected to serve as a bridge between antique streets and the new modern administrative center of Hanoi Capital, where the harmonious natural landscape dotted with branch offices of well-known banks and other financial institutions creates a civilized community. In addition, the well-developed road system here makes it easy and convenient for people to travel between systems of roads, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools as well as supermarkets and shopping malls.

The entire outer surface of Eurowindow MultiComplex is covered with a system of heat-resistant aluminum frames, reflective glass, and heatproof glass. Four colors are randomly mixed, creating a unique architecture for the building.

With the advantage of Eurowindow as a provider of professional solutions for large aluminum and glass wall systems, the exterior of the building is uniquely designed by WATG, an American architectural consulting firm. The heat-resistant aluminum wall system is designed and supplied by Technal company of Hydro Building Systems, a multinational corporation with headquarter in France and the world's largest manufacturer of aluminum products for the construction industry. Besides, some types of stained glass, reflective glass, and heat-resistant glass - low e are provided by the world famous glass Saint-Gobain Glass Corporation in France and top European companies. Large inert gas-pumped glass boxes, safety glass, toughened glass are produced with the advanced equipment and technology of Eurowindow. All in all, this large aluminum and glass wall system is believed to be the most currently advanced one with reliable noise and heat-resistant feature.
