Construction on the project, located in the capital's Long Bien District, began in 2011. It comprises five 22-floor buildings that provide a total space of 34,000 sq.m. Apartments with areas of 65-120 sq.m cost VND1.8 billion (US$85,700) on average, according to Savills Viet Nam.

Hanco 9 general director Dinh Van Hai said the project would be ready for residents next year and would include schools, hospitals, markets, trade centres and entertainment areas. ― VNS
